 1. House's geniusness is an anomaly, anomalies bug us.
2. That new fire cane is HOT.
3. We're waiting to see if it's lupus again. (It finally WAS Lupus in episode 8, season 4)
4. We're waiting for House to break the tie score with God.
5. I don't think there is anything funnier than a sarcastic doctor hopped up on vicodin.
6. "Kumar" is a one of the new doctors.
7. House gets into so many legal troubles that it's almost like getting a law and medical show all in one.

This is, by far, the MOST AWESOMEST reason why we watch it! Perfect in all sense! =))

And @kiddk8: Hell yea, you should watch it. House's sarcasm, his addiction to narcotics (aka Vicodin), his incredible sense of logic, his mind melting profundity regarding observations in life in general and other than what makes it really special, the usual cliche - super hot wimmin in a medical drama. :D
